FAULTY GOODS
· A full refund or exchange will be offered for any product which is deemed to be faulty or not fit for the purpose it was designed for unless it was purchased with the knowledge of a fault.
EXCHANGES
NAPOLEON FLOORS will exchange any product (other than items which have been specially ordered for you) subject to the following.
· You must produce your original receipt
· Your request is made within 14 days of purchase or collection/delivery of your purchase (whichever is later)
· The product is in its original condition, be in its unopened packaging and not damaged.
· End of line, Managers Specials or clearance products are not available for exchange.
REFUNDS
· NAPOLEON FLOORS will, subject to the above conditions being satisfied, refund up to 10% of the total number of in store stocked flooring packs purchased in a single transaction.
· Refunds will not be offered for customers who may change their mind, however, we will exchange the product or offer a credit note.
· NAPOLEON FLOORS are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products which have been specially ordered for you.

SPECIAL ORDER GOODS
· Special order goods are deemed to be goods which are specifically ordered for a customer. Where goods are not in stock and in store at the time of purchase we will give you the most accurate but approximate lead time not exceeding 14 working days from the date of purchase. These are reliant on manufacture and delivery times from the supplier and should be considered at time of purchase. Should any delay be notified to us by our supplier we shall inform you at the earliest opportunity and advise you of the revised expected date. Should any delay be unacceptable outside of the 14 working days, you will have the option to reselect or to cancel your order. Our liability will remain limited to the value of any monies paid to us.
CANCELLATIONS
· Cancellations will not be accepted on any order placed where NAPOLEON FLOORS is able to meet the terms of that order as agreed at the time of purchase unless any goods supplied are deemed to be faulty. This includes Change of mind or post sale price matching.
TRADE RETURNS
· All returns subject to the above criteria will be dealt with by means of a credit note.
